THE BESPOKE DUDES EYEWEAR: GENDERLESS, EFFORTLESS, TIMELESS

THE BESPOKE DUDES EYEWEAR: ITALIAN SPIRIT FOR THE PERFECT MAN/LADY

Designing, making and building something effortless and timeless isn’t an easy task. You need wit, a good sense of style and know how. I’m 100% sure that Fabio Attanasio along with Andrea Viganò has all of these characteristics.

I had the chance and the pleasure to meet Fabio and Andrea at MIDO this year: they introduced me to their own eyewear brand created to be unique and luxurious. I fell madly in love with their frames: the design is stunning, the quality over the top and the idea behind every piece a true Italian dream.

We, Italians, are well-known for our superb craftsmanship and style. These two guys here embody the perfect spirit of our country in bravery, knowledge in the field characterised by a good fashion taste for fashion 🙂

In other words, what Fabio and Andrea did was to create a new brand, The Bespoke Dudes Eyewear (see more here), that could embody the allure of a(n) (Italian) man who knows what he wants. Moreover, he looks for the best artisans, materials and design in order to get it. Yes, the collection is mainly designed for men, however, I find it 100% genderless, beautifully effortless and timeless; perfect for stylish girls as well as boys.

Fashion is getting more and more “neutral” and glasses are going, definitely, in this direction.

GOOD QUALITY AND STUNNING DESIGN: ITALIAN BEAUTY

Moving on to the frames of The Bespoke Dudes Eyewear collection, I should definitely give you some juicy details. First, they are produced in Italy (which makes me super proud!) more precisely in an area that is well-known to eyewear lovers, Cadore. Second, the acetate comes from the historical company Mazzucchelli Varese, which is definitely a plus. Last, but not least, they are handmade, as the best frames in the world are.

I decided to style this optical frame – plus clip – in a very simple way: white T, suede biker jacket and a vintage foulard, that’s it! My Shakespeare’s tragedies edition, straight from the 30s, which I bought at Shakespeare’s and Co. in Paris, was the perfect accessory.

Judge yourself and let me know what you think! 🙂
